Business owners and managers are increasingly responsible for determining and managing the risk of fire and security - not just to the business premises and continuity, but also to personnel employed. Owners and managers must demonstrate that they have taken all reasonable precautions to mitigated risk and/or ensure the safety or personnel within the workplace.
