Louise Sword, Conformance Administrator at SSAIB, is the latest member of staff to successfully complete the ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Course, meaning she is now qualified to conduct ISO9001 audits. This is another step towards the office being more knowledgeable and informed regarding the auditing side of the operation, to assist both the auditors and our certificated firms.
Louise displayed her expertise and commitment in this five-day intensive course, further displaying SSAIB’s commitment to excellence and driving industry standards as well as continuing SSAIB’s push for the professional development of staff.
