To achieve this qualification, Sam undertook a significant project focused on organising and assessing The Fire Event at the NEC Birmingham, held in April this year. Meanwhile, Lauren Dunlavy, who serves as a Fire Schemes Administrator, has continued to build on her earlier achievements by completing the ISO9001 Lead Auditor Course. This intensive five-day course covered essential topics such as business management systems, the principles of business process management, and advanced auditing techniques. With this new qualification, Lauren is now equipped to conduct audits against ISO9001 and SP205 standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Lauren's commitment to expanding her expertise underscores her dedication to the SSAIB's mission of maintaining high standards in fire safety and security.
