Scheme Manager – Management Systems

Whitley Bay TBC Full Time

Due to the expansion of the SSAIB, we are looking to recruit a full-time Scheme Manager - Management Systems. This position is based at our head office in Whitley Bay, but will require certain amount of travelling - as SSAIB operates throughout the UK and Ireland.

Applicants should be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and hold an IRCA (or equivalent) qualification as a lead auditor – as well as having experience of auditing to one or all of the following ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and BS OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001 standards at a senior level.

Experience of working for an accredited certification body is very desirable, while knowledge of ISO/IEC 17021 and ISO/IEC 17065 would also be of benefit.

Knowledge of the security industry and the service it provides - along with associated British and European Standards - is desirable, but not essential.
