The 2025 Women in Security Awards will take place on the evening of 11th September at Shakespeare's Underglobe in London, and SSAIB are once again proud to be a sponsor. The black tie event will include a champagne reception on arrival followed by a three course dinner with drinks. After that, it will be the main event – The Women in Security Awards! This is an awards event like no other, filled with sparkle and dancing – truly a celebration of women in the security sector!
Nominating someone for these prestigious awards is the perfect way to recognise and honour the accomplishments, value, and contributions of women within the wider world of security.
There are 5 main categories for the awards which are:
- Security Manager
- Frontline
- Business Manager
- Technical
- Contribution to Industry
On top of that, there is also a special award, which was introduced last year. This is the Baroness Ruth Henig Award in memory of Ruth, who was a champion and judge of these awards since their inception in 2012. The Baroness Ruth Henig Award is nominated by each of the ten industry judges of the WiS Awards.
