Our scope of activity includes the certification of organisations supplying security systems and services, fire safety equipment and services, and alarm monitoring. The company currently have vacancies for four full-time lead auditors to conduct audits for the following activities:
- Security Systems (Intruder Alarms, VSS/CCTV, Access Control, Void Property, Temporary Alarms, Lone Worker and Detection Activated VSS)
- BAFE SP203-1 Fire Detection and Alarm Systems and SP203-4 Emergency Lighting.
We have vacancies for auditors covering several regions including Derbyshire, West London and Scotland.
Applicants should have previous fire and/or security industry-related experience, while auditing experience and knowledge of the activities above are desirable. Training will be provided.
Duties will include conducting third-party certification, surveillance, recertification, and renewal audits primarily for the activities above, ensuring audits are completed in accordance with relevant quality procedures, and meeting SSAIB, UKAS, and BAFE requirements as applicable.
This role will suit a confident and determined professional who can work as part of a team and as an individual under their own initiative. The successful applicant must have an eye for attention to detail, have good report writing skills and be confident with MS Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel).
The position is home-based but requires some travel – and occasional overnight stays. Therefore, applicants must be willing to work away from home and hold a valid driving licence.
